Do you have just a few pages or many pages like that?

I have 2 so far but we expect more in the future. They are single release titles of a musical artist.

In the past, removing that part of the page header was generally not allowed. Fandom would sometimes make exceptions and allow it on a few pages. However, there is a new customization policy which seems to be more lenient with regards to altering the page header. As such, Fandom might be more tolerant of these kinds of changes now.
