You cannot unless you are an admin. You should:
ask them politely to stop talking to you
if they insist, report them to an admin (or block them if you're admin)
if admins take no action, report them to Fandom staff.
There is a feature on the app where you can block someone but that's only on the app and once you block them, you can never unblock them.

If they're harassing you, report them to an admin for harassment. If it's even further than that, report them to Fandom Staff, like I said in my previous comment.

The fandom staff that helps me didn't do anything i report The user Durple560 for posting death treats
All samwise said was
"we well review the post"
And never blocked them
It usually takes 3-5 days for them to take action (I think)
Perhaps wait, or talk to the admin to block them. Death threats are a serious topic, which definitely means they should be blocked.
