HELP
The only configuration option that does work is the ID. No other configuration options work. Is there any fix to this?
So yeah im an admin in one of my wikis (not saying) but PLEASEEEE TEACH ME. I was looking at the tutorials but it did not help. so plzzzzzz
I wanna know so I can add it to my wiki's (soon to be) discord server
I'm noob at coding. Can you guys just tell me what to press and what to type? :D. Existing guide didn't help me
Here's the dev page on it. Original Post.
It looks like it's trying to use images from discordapp.com. The image URL itself seems to be fine so maybe it is some new content security policy Fandom put in place.
It worked before, so that may make sense. Or maybe Discord did something on their end. I wouldn't know myself cuz I can't check.
I did submit an Zendesk ticket (contacted FANDOM) tho but still...
My friend's wiki had a discord widget that I added that was working just fine until today where it suddenly stopped working. I couldn't find any issue and I even restarted the process. Could there be any reason why it is happening?
Hello,
I would like to add a discord widget the right column of my wiki home page (https://the-alchemist-code.fandom.com/wiki/Home ).
To do so, I imported the Discord code to my Import.js https://the-alchemist-code.fandom.com/wiki/MediaWiki:Import.js ) page, and created the module DiscordWidget (https://the-alchemist-code.fandom.com/wiki/Template:DiscordWidget ) on my wiki.
But, from there, I don't know what do to. I thought I had to create Mediawiki:Custom-Discord- pages so I made those:
https://the-alchemist-code.fandom.com/wiki/MediaWiki:Custom-Discord-id
https://the-alchemist-code.fandom.com/wiki/MediaWiki:Custom-Discord-theme
Could someone explain to me if I did this right, and how do I continue from there ?
EDIT: I'm not an admin of this discord group btw. Does it still work, or do I have to ask them to do some things?

It's Okay.
Can you help me ?
I used to link the Discord Widget to a server and everything works great. Now I changed the ID to a different server and the widget keeps loading and loading. I talked to the admin of the Discord server and he told me the widget is enabled. How can I solve this?
It says that the compatibility for this ImportJS is ready for UCP but when I check on my fandoms, the module still does not appear? so wassup?
My fandom is MobuSeka fandom
Hi there, I'm reporting this issue for the Discord widget because it seems like it might affect several wikis. This widget fails if your wiki CSS has the following style for responsive images:
img { max-width:100%; height:auto; }
Notably, all user avatars are displayed with 0 width.
If you encounter this issue, a simple fix would be:
img:not(.widget-member-avatar-img) { max-width:100%; height:auto; }
Hoping that this issue can be rectified in the script, thanks for all the hard work!
I have a question about whether or not you can allow the Discord Integrator to show up on the home page. A friend of mine asked me and I just wanted to know if it was possible.

Hi so are working on the custom discord widget on my wiki https://2xwings.fandom.com/wiki/Template:DiscordWdiget
Have created a role under MediaWiki:Custom-Discord-roles-Creators (https://2xwings.fandom.com/wiki/MediaWiki:Custom-Discord-roles-Creators) and have put in my own id, instead it puts me in the users part while a random person from my server is put in instead, should i create the order to fix it or is it something i have done in the other parts?
While I'm on it just to be sure where do i add the colors for each role? I have copied the css over to mine so i can add custom bg and such but the whole part of roles isn't written fully on so are rather confused tho do have html and css in school,
I tried following the step-by-step manual of linking my Wiki's Official Discord Server into the sidebar. Everything worked, except it's endlessly loading. I tried linking it at the bottom of a page and that seems to work, but the sidebar link is endlessly loading. I followed every single instruction word by word. Please help.
Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows how to make a webhook that logs wiki activity for a discord server using channel webhooks, thanks.
So I've added https://dev.fandom.com/wiki/Discord to one of my wikias that I work on and I've noticed that straight after I add it, the speed in which the page scrolls at decreases significantly. I've tested other discord servers and I believe the root cause is the amount of pictures it has to load (when it has to load 5,000+ users, the page scrolls slowly, when it has to load <100, the page scrolls just fine).
I would like to know if I could restrict the amount of users loaded by the widget (eg, to only 100 users)?
