In the Japanese Object Show Community Wiki, there's a template called Dia, which uses Template:DiaM, which uses Module:DiaM (which also uses several modules).
Some context: Dia and its modules were ported from the Japanese Object CrossRoad & AviUtl Wiki template of the same name, which is a modified version of the English Object Show Community Wiki template, which itself is a modification of the English Battle for Dream Island Wiki template, which is based off of the dialogue boxes in the game BFDIA 5b.
The four wikis also have the templates DiaNone and DiaEmpty, both also based off of the dialogue boxes.
The Japanese OSC Wiki's Dia template currently looks rather inconsistent with DiaNone and DiaEmpty, which can be seen in the page ループキャスト/セクション0.
I want it to look like the English OSC Wiki version, which would make it look something like this:
How could this be done?

However, it only gives an error that says "Error: [page name] not edited. Please try again". As of July 1, 2024, all of the pages in the Page Entries page exist (and are in mainspace). Why did this happen, and how can I fix this?
