I understand that the SpoilerAlert JavaScript is essentially a one-time use, so to speak. According to its page, it uses a browser's local storage to prevent the spoiler tags from being used multiple times on the same page. However, is there a way to change the script so that it does not do this? In some situations, at least in my opinion, a one-time-use script may not always be the best at preventing spoilers on a page from being seen, and as far as I can tell clearing one's local storage is not a simple task, let alone a task many people know how to do. Would it be possible to simply make a "custom" version of the script for a specific wiki that doesn't implement local storage use?
What's on your mind?

GIFS can be distracting and inducing. In extreme cases, they can even cause fatal seizures in people with epilepsy. And too many GIFs can slow down lower-end devices.
All I ask is for there to be a GIF toggle off and on buttons on the sticky nav, side tools, and on the wds-button on Pages that have GIFS (Galleries)
Edited: I misunderstood what the switch function does. No help needed.
Hey, I'd love to use the SpoilerAlert or something similar that hides the content within, but I'm looking for an added feature where the user can input a chosen string in an input box or so.
For example, you specify the passcode is "Show spoilers", so the spoiler box will open/show its content when the user enters that passcode in an input field.
Possibly you could link one input box to several spoiler tags so you don't need multiple input boxes.
I completely understand any user could still go into editing to see what lies behind, but that would be fine. It is more intended to be a flavorful honor-system.
This would also help support a couple of things that used to send the user on a small quest to discover a code and unlock content by reusing that code to unlock the wiki answer behind it.
Is there a way to delete pages in bulk? By category or by (main)
Can there be a MassUnblock and MassTemplate JavaScript tool?
I'm doing a cleanup of categories for a large-ish fanon wiki after many years of neglect by the previous staff, and there are quite a lot of categories that i'd like to get rid of at once. I currently have a list of these categories. Is there a program that allows me to insert this list and get these categories all removed from their pages together, similar to how AjaxBatchDelete works but for category removal?
I'm using MassCategorization as a substitute for now, but since there are over five hundred categories I'd like to remove, it's still a bit cumbersome ':)
Hello. While I was browsing modules on here and Wikipedia for curiosity, I stumbled upon a module known as "Italic title" that's not included on this wiki's Global Lua Modules page.
This module serves for two templates: {{Italic title}} (invoked with "main") and {{Italic disambiguation}} (invoked with "dabonly"). The former can be used to italicize titles with or without disambiguation (e.g. "Foo" to "Foo" and "Foo (Bar)" to "Foo (Bar)") or a selected part of the title (e.g. "Foo Bar Baz" to "Foo Bar Baz"); the latter italicizes the disambiguated title (e.g. "Foo (Bar)"). Full documentation is on Wikipedia.
I implemented this module on Sonic Wiki Zone with credit to Wikipedia and it's worked like a charm, so I was wondering if it fulfilled the criteria to be a Global Lua Module here as well, since it's rather simple to use. Cheers.
If there isn't one, make one, how it works is that there will be an option to downvote a post, if it gets 10 downvotes, it automatically gets reported to admins.
Is it possible to iterate an array and populate a infobox with the information?
The great thing about this feature it's to make custom lines, so i don't have to create each one in that design thing. Basically i want a infobox that i can place as many lines i want by an array iteraction.
I recently came across this article and thought a similar approach could be used to prevent Spoilers alltogether.
The basic idea is to annotate chunks of text with the versions they are contained in, and only show the text if the version that is displayd is contained in those versions.
If done correctly this could be added to a wiki without the need to adapt any pages, but allowing for incremental improvements.
An Example (very simplified):
Character A is [60-*] part of family B and [*] a wizard of rank [*-29] three [30-*] two
In chapter 1:
Character A is a wizard of rank three
Chapter 30 onwards:
Character A is a wizard of rank two
Chapter 60 onwards:
Character A is part of family B and a wizard of rank two
Does anyone know if there is already a project similar to this?
If there isn't I would love to start this project and would be thankful for any help (I am a dev myself, but haven't yet worked with wiki)
Is there a script that can combine recent changes with social activity so we don't have to click from one to the other to see both? (Or better yet, something that adds this functionality for the WikiActivity script?)

Would it be possible?
Does anyone have a code to add achievements to a wiki? also, how do you add it to your wiki?
Hey, so I want to create a top navigation (like this example) on some story pages, but I have no idea how to and I couldn't find a module to suit my needs.
Now, many of the stories has the same amount of chapters + an epilogue, meaning that most pages are called "Title/Chapter 1" or "Title/Epilogue", but there is also one page called "Title/Prelude" which is a prologue before chapter 1 in that story.
How can this be implemented?
I need this to create a sandbox.
