Installation

Usage

Note: Some of this usage my not be entirely active yet, as JavaScript is currently awaiting review.

To disable Aurora entirely on select wikis, add the following code to your Global.js:

window.ExcludeAuroraWikis = ['example'];

In the above example, Aurora will not display on a wiki with the url (http(s)://example.fandom.com and http(s)://example.wikia.org).

To enable Aurora only on select wikis, add the following code to your Global.js:

window.AuroraOnlyWikis = ['official', 'example'];

In the above example, Aurora will only display on official wikis (Community Central, Fandom Developers Wiki, VSTF Wiki, Fandom Discussions Wiki, and the Community Council Wiki), and on a wiki with the url (http(s)://example.fandom.com and http(s)://example.wikia.org). At this point in development it is recommended to only use it on official wikis, as it has only been tested on official wikis.

To overwrite body transparency on wikis Aurora is enabled on, add the following code to your Global.js:

window.AuroraOverwriteTransparency = true

By default the AuroraTheme will use the body color, and transparency level of individual wikis. This will overwrite the transparency on all wikis that Aurora is enabled on with a transparency level of 0.5 (50%).

Note: Aurora by default will display on all wikis.

Known bugs

  • Does not work correctly on UCP. Working on a UCP version.
  • It is not recommended to use ModernFandomTheme or ClassicDevWikiTheme with this theme.
  • If there is url overlaps between wikia.org and fandom.com the configs will effect both those wikis. Working on a fix for this.
