- Seems like the script hasn't been reviewed yet. You don't have to copy/paste the entire thing to your wiki, you just need to add this line to your wiki's ImportJS:
dev:BlockLookup.js
- It should load if you do that.

- It shows the latest block if you enter nothing. You can enter a blocked username, IP address, or block ID to view the information for that specific block.
