When you are on a non-english wiki and click on the global.css or global.js links, you are sent to those pages under the Community Central or UCP wiki of that language - weather or not such a wiki even exists. I'm not sure if those language-specific global code pages even work, but I'm pretty sure it shouldn't be the default target. Yet I would like to get another opinion before changing the script.
